Refund and Cancellation Policy

At Bejawar Innovative Technologies, we value customer satisfaction and transparency. This Refund and Cancellation Policy explains how cancellations, refunds, and payment disputes are handled when you purchase products or services from us.
- Payments
We accept payments through Zoho Payments, Stripe, and PayPal. All payment transactions are processed securely via these platforms. We do not store your credit card or banking details on our servers.
- Cancellations
- For Zoho product subscriptions and licenses, cancellations and refunds are governed directly by Zoho’s official Cancellation & Refund Policy.
- Customers must follow Zoho’s cancellation process for Zoho product subscriptions.
- For services provided directly by Bejawar Innovative Technologies (such as consulting, implementation, or training), cancellations must be requested in writing at support@bejawar.com at least 7 days prior to the scheduled start date.
- Refunds
- Zoho Products: Refunds are managed under Zoho’s Refund Policy. If eligible, your refund will be processed by Zoho directly.
- Services by Bejawar Innovative Technologies:
- Refunds are issued only if cancellation is made within the allowed timeframe.
- Once services have been initiated or delivered, no refunds will be provided.
- For prepaid service packages, unused hours may be eligible for a partial refund, subject to review.
- No Refund Policy (Exceptions)
- Payments for custom development, consulting, or personalized services are non-refundable, once work has commenced.
- Any third-party charges (Stripe, PayPal, Zoho Payments) such as transaction or processing fees are non-refundable.
- Disputes
- If you believe a payment has been charged in error, please contact us immediately at support@bejawar.com with proof of transaction.
- Payment disputes must be raised within 7 business days from the date of payment.
- Policy Alignment
Since we are an authorized Zoho partner, all Zoho product subscriptions, cancellations, and refunds are subject to Zoho’s official policies. You can review Zoho’s terms here:
